It requires self inventory to sift through and begin to dissolve the old ways and old beliefs that you have held on to for so long. Because once we let go of who we think we are and cultivate through practice and develop our awareness to our true infinite nature and who we really are. We are gifted the joy of experiencing life as our true self, where we can enjoy life and all it’s wonder in a calmer more peaceful existence no matter what situations we find ourselves in.
